Shots Fired in Emmerdale!!
Billy Fletcher’s criminal past lands on his doorstep next week when his family are held at gunpoint at Tall Trees in an armed siege. When shots are fired, who is left fighting for their life in Emmerdale?
You would think Billy Fletcher (Jay Kontzle) would have learnt his lesson after his brother Ellis Chapman (Asan N’Jie) was stabbed that you don’t mess with Max. But next week sees Max force Billy into helping with a robbery which ends in an armed siege for Billy’s family!
Trying to put a stop to Max’s threats, Billy tips off the police about what is going on so when he and another of Max’s gang, Woody, get the go-ahead text from Max, the police move in before they even get chance to rob the van.
Billy thinks that is finally the end of it but is angry and let down when DS Sanders says they can’t guarantee Max doesn’t know what Billy did… and it soon becomes obvious that Max is fully aware of Billy’s betrayal.
A vengeful Max lies in wait upstairs at Tall Trees ready for when the family gets home. Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock), Billy’s mum Jessie (Sandra Marvin) and Marlon’s daughter April (Amelia Flanagan) decide to leave the village football match early and are shocked when Max appears in their home.
Max makes them aware he has a gun and orders a terrified Jessie to call Billy, which goes to voicemail as he is playing in the match. So when Billy eventually picks up the message, he rushes off with Ellis in tow.
Billy rushes inside to face off with Max who aims the gun straight at him and the two are soon in a furious tussle. A gunshot reverberates around the village, leaving someone fighting for their life. Has Max waged the ultimate revenge on Billy? Or has someone else paid for the price for Billy’s cooperation with the police?
