Set in the Esholt, where Emmerdale was filmed until the purpose built village was created, The Woolpack is the most famous ‘working’ pub in the country – and the only ‘soap’ pub where you can actually get a drink.

The outside of the building provides a great photo opportunity and the inside is adorned with pictures of cast members, both present and past, providing a real trip down memory lane.

The exterior and interior were also used to film the award winning Ashley’s Point of View episode, which was broadcast on 20th December.

Older viewers will also recognise other buildings in the village from bygone years including Demdyke Row, the Village Hall, and the Church.
